The Challenge
Easy, Cencosud’s home improvement and construction retail business, needed to migrate its entire e-commerce platform in Argentina to Amazon Web Services (AWS). To achieve this goal, the company also needed to provision the required cloud infrastructure in an agile and automated way, enabling development teams to work more efficiently and accelerate the migration process.
The Solution
Baufest, in collaboration with Easy’s team, designed and implemented the Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure required to migrate the company’s e-commerce platform. The solution included a decoupled cloud architecture and fully automated infrastructure provisioning and deployment based on DevOps practices. As a result, development and operations processes were streamlined, deployment times were reduced, platform scalability was improved, and the delivery of new features was accelerated.
